All Saints students honored veterans in the school’s annual Veterans Day Assembly.

The program was planned and lead by Middle School Honor Society and Student Council Officers and included musical tributes by Choir Director Courtney Terral, High School Drum Line, and a combined Middle School and High School Choir.

Congressman Jodey Arrington, Representative for the 19th District in Texas, led the pledge of allegiance and presented the school with an American flag flown over the United States Capitol.

The Lubbock High Color Guard, under the direction of Master Chief Mark Hays, presented the flags for the pledge of allegiance.

Over 25 veterans attended the assembly. State Representative John Frullo was in attendance along with Congressman Arrington.

Following the Assembly, Colonel Thomas E. Norris, a former airman who served in the Vietnam War spoke to the middle school and high school students.
