Tuition Assistance

INVESTING IN EDUCATION IS ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DECISIONS YOUR FAMILY WILL MAKE

All Saints raises funds that are used to provide tuition assistance to families with demonstrated need. The school follows a process to distribute financial aid equitably.

Our goal is to help you navigate the process and provide support along the way.

Our Tuition Assistance Policy

All Saints Episcopal School has a need-based tuition assistance policy. Admission decisions are made need-blind, without regard to a family’s financial situation. We strive to enable every qualified student the opportunity to attend All Saints, even if the family cannot afford full tuition. Both families and the school make significant financial sacrifices to support the choice to attend All Saints.

We review each application for tuition assistance by the same guidelines and evaluate individual family needs relative to others in our school.

Financial aid awards are made based on financial need and availability of funds without regard to race, color, religion, ethnic origin, or disability.

How is Financial Need Determined?

All Saints Episcopal School is a member of the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Princeton, New Jersey, which assists schools in making financial aid decisions. SSS provides a common base by which a family’s need is measured fairly and equitably. All families requesting or receiving aid are required to file an annual Parents’ Financial Statement with SSS.

SSS processes the information you provide to assess the resources your family has available to contribute towards your student’s educational expenses. The result of this evaluation is printed on a Report of Family Contribution and sent to All Saints Episcopal School. Some factors taken into account by SSS are taxable and nontaxable income, assets, expenses, indebtedness, family size, age of parents (to allow for retirement savings), and the number of students attending tuition-charging schools.

If We Receive Tuition Assistance For One Year, Does it Renew Automatically in Following Years?

Parents are required to apply for tuition assistance annually. Tuition increases and changes in family resources may affect the amount of the awards.

Is There a Charge to Apply for Tuition Assistance?

SSS charges a fee of $51. There are limited fee waivers available if applying for tuition assistance is a strain on your budget.
