Fall Festival, one of our most beloved All Saints traditions, is back and better than ever! Fall Festival is not just a fun fall carnival, it’s also the largest fundraiser for our Parent Group and helps raise money for resources that directly benefit our students and teachers. We hope you’ll make it a point to be part of this fun school tradition! This year’s Fall Festival is Friday, October 29, from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm.
👻 It’s a fun night out for the whole family! Every carnival booth requires tickets to enter or play. Tickets are $0.50 each – most booths are between 4 and 8 tickets OR you can buy an All-Access Wristband for $50 and play all day!
🎃 Pre-order your dinner too! It’s the only way to GUARANTEE there will be enough spooktacular pizza or brisket to feed the family!
On Friday, October 29, all students may wear a non-scary Halloween shirt to school! Preschool through Kindergarten and eighth grade students may wear a costume & will participate in the Halloween Parade beginning immediately following morning chapel at 8:45 a.m. Parents are welcome to attend. Remember ALL students will dismiss at noon to allow our Parent Group to set up for the festivities beginning at 5:30 p.m. No afternoon daycare will be available.
🎃 Treasure Chest is our most popular booth! Kids pick a pumpkin out of the treasure chest and hope to score the Golden Key, which allows them to take their pick from a treasure trove of toys and goodies. We’ve made it easy to stock the Treasure Chest this year; you can order something directly from our Amazon Wish List and it will be sent straight to the school. You can also drop your donations in the Treasure Chests located in the front office and the PLC or donate cash via Venmo to @KathyOaks. Be sure to LABEL your donations – the student with the most donations will win a Fast Pass, and the grade that brings the most donations will win a donut party AND a member of the class will also win a Fast Pass! Click here to access the Wish List. Needed by October 27!
🙂 Fall Festival wouldn’t be such a success without the support of our volunteers. It’s such a fun way to support the school and fellowship with other parents while the kids enjoy the event. Several shifts are still available ~ Click here to access the Sign Up Genius to work a shift at the event.
🦇 Bake up something deliciously spooky for the Bake Sale or Cake Walk. If you are not a baker and want to leave it to the professionals ~ purchased goodies are perfectly acceptable & yummy. Contact Twyla at 806-438-6006 or bring your wrapped and labeled item on the day of the Fall Festival.
